How do I book a coaching session?

You can book a 1:1coaching session or request details of our services by contacting us.

Where is the coaching held and what are the fees?

The majority of my coaching is on zoom and appointments are available at £350 per hour for individuals. I have some in-person appointments available in Central London only. On occasion we may need to add a room hire fee for in-person. Please contact us for more information about Corporate coaching packages.

Who do you coach?

I love working with people who want to achieve positive change. I have helped my clients get new jobs that they love, rebalance difficult relationships at work, set up new businesses, get promoted and transform into their best, most confident, authentic selves. It is my privilege and pleasure to help my clients to achieve these positive changes.

I offer a variety of coporate seminars, both virtual and in-person, across topics such as wellbeing, communication, imposter syndrome and many more. I have a Speaking Brochure which has more detail about each seminar. Each seminar can be run as a standalone workshop, or we can look at combining 2 or 3 into a more bepoke seminar to meet your company requirements. Group seminar fees start from £1650+VAT. Contact us for more information.

Do you run group seminars?

Who don’t you coach?

I don’t offer general life coaching or couples/personal relationship therapy. I like to work with clients who are clear on an area or issue they would like help with and are willing to take action between coaching sessions.

How are the sessions structured?

I take a client-centred approach working with you in whichever area you want to focus on at each session. I use my breadth of experience to bring the approach, tools and exercises that I feel will be most helpful to you, including reflective practice.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

Clients typically book more regular sessions at first and then, as they progress and achieve their goals, book ad hoc sessions as and when they feel they would benefit from them. I am led by you on the frequency of appointments that will work best for you and leave sufficient time for you to reflect, take action and make progress between appointments.
